Flexible Power Configuration
 
- On-demand Allocation: Split-type charging piles consist of power units (power cabinets) and charging terminals (charging cabinets), allowing for flexible power configuration. For example, the above-mentioned 480kW split-type charging pile can achieve different configurations such as 3 terminals with 6 guns, 4 terminals with 8 guns, and 6 terminals with 12 guns. According to different charging scenarios and the number of vehicles, power can be flexibly allocated to each charging gun to improve equipment utilization. When there are fewer vehicles, power can be concentrated to quickly charge a small number of vehicles; when there are more vehicles, it can meet the needs of multiple vehicles charging simultaneously.
 
Reasonable Space Layout
 
- Adapt to Diverse Scenarios: The split structure allows the power unit and charging terminal to be installed separately. In old parking lots or urban central areas with limited space, charging terminals can be installed near parking spaces, while power units can be placed in relatively hidden or more spacious areas, solving the problem of limited installation locations for integrated charging piles due to their large size. In addition, in large-scale charging scenarios such as large logistics parks and bus depots, by rationally arranging split-type charging piles, site planning can be optimized and site utilization efficiency can be improved.
 
Convenient Maintenance and Inspection

The main reason for slow charging speed:

It may be due to insufficient power of the charging station, limited charging current of the tram, or insufficient power supply in the parking space. Please select a higher power charging station, check the vehicle settings, adjust charging parameters, choose other parking spaces, or report power supply issues to relevant departments.

Unable to charge normally

When using a charging station, sometimes you may encounter charging failure and be unable to charge normally. It may be a problem with the charging connector, charging station, or charging card. Please check if the connector is intact and ensure that the plug is securely inserted. Contact the charging station management unit for maintenance or replacement. Report the malfunction and carry out repairs or replacements. The charging card may have poor contact, damage, and other issues, leading to charging failure. If there are any problems, please replace the charging card in a timely manner or contact the charging card issuing agency to solve the problem.

Locked card during card swiping charging

When swiping the card for charging, do not use the same charging card to swipe other charging stations to avoid being locked.

Failure to settle due to end of charging or abnormal end of charging

If the charging has ended or the charging has ended abnormally, resulting in outstanding settlement, please swipe your card for settlement.

The display screen does not light up

The display screen does not light up. Restart the charging station or contact professional technicians for repair.

No response to card swiping

No response from card swiping, restart the device, replace the card, and call customer service for consultation.
